Complimentary (Red + Green)The color scheme that I used in this photo was complimentary. Red and green are compliments to each other. You may also see another color scheme with the red or green. The monochromatic color scheme appears in the red and green because of the different shades of color in each. Analogous (Rainbow)In this composition, I used the analogous color scheme with a combination of the primary, secondary, and tertiary colors. Complimentary (Blue + Orange)For the third site-specific installation, I chose to do another complimentary color scheme with different colors. Blue and orange is another pair of complimentary colors.

The "WORDS" project was more of like Barbara Kruger's "Belief + Doubt" made in 2012. In the process of creating this project. I had went back and forth from 2d to 3d and then back to 2d. I printed off my selected bold fonts onto a 2d paper and then cut the paper to form a 3d sculpture. I used the method of hatching and cross hatching to create a type of value and pictorial depth. When making my second iteration, I had used a different media to try and get the image to pop more off of the page.
While I was going through the thought process in creating this project, I wanted to create something based off of Max Ernest's "Mechanism of Collage" essay. Putting two objects together that would not usually be together was the base of this installation. The idea of ripping apart the barbie and using balance to achieve a different perspective really pushed me to paste the different limbs in various areas. I loved the idea of installing my assisted readymade artwork in front Studio Angelico to emphasize the fact that it is art.
